Below are answers to a few of the most common payment questions.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. As long as you enter an email address on the payment page, you will be immediately emailed a receipt when payment is completed. If the transaction is declined, you will also receive an email notification.

If you are making a payment for someone else, enter your email. When you receive the receipt, you may forward the email to the other person. Note that the receipt will not list the credit card number, only the last four digits of the card number.

Can I pay in person?

Our office does not accept in person payments. All payments should be completed online using the payment button located above. By only accepting online payments, all transactions are documented and financial information is encrypted and maintained confidential. This protects your payment information and accounts.    

Do you accept cash, cashier check or money order payments?

No. Our secure online payment page will allow you to complete payment from using a bank account, just as you would to fund a cash, cashier check or money order payment. For large transactions over $10,000.00, please contact us for wire transfer instructions. If you must complete a court-ordered payment by cashier check or money order only, please contact us for specific instructions.

My bank declined the transaction.

This can happen for many reasons. One of the most common is the bank flagging the payment as suspicious if it is larger than your typical transactions. You may also have a daily limit on the total you can pay by card, check or from certain accounts. Please contact your bank for assistance and ensure you provide them the total amount you will paying. Your bank can usually approve the amount, annotate your account to approve the transactions or inform you of any daily limits so you can complete multiple daily payments to reach the total payment needed.

Can someone else make my payment?

As long as the account holder has authorized payment, yes. Should an account holder report or dispute payment because you were not authorized to make payment or use their information, we must report it to the proper authorities.

To have someone pay for you, simply provide them the link to this page and ensure they enter your name in the notes or case field.

Do you accept American Express?

We do. However, because American Express has different merchant account requirements, you will need to use our alternate payment processor, Headnote. To make an American Express payment, click here.

I have a new payment method or billing address.

If your bank, card information or billing address have changed, please contact us to update your information. This will allow us to update your file and generate any new payment authorzaitions that may be required.
